To let out your property

  1. We have excellent online exposure through not only our own bespoke website but a number of property portals including Prime Location, FindaProperty, Zoopla & Globrix
  2. Upon receiving your instructions we shall immediately contact suitable tenants registered on both our internal and online databases
  3. We have links with a number of local corporate employers as well as relocation agents whom act of behalf of ‘blue chip’ companies relocating staff from overseas offices
  4. Having lived and worked in the area we have excellent local knowledge and as such will be able to discuss with the tenants the benefits on the doorstep, such as: the local transport network, neighbouring schools, the nearest gyms and other amenities
  5. We are seeking a long term working relationship, as such it is in our interest to secure the right tenant, not simply take the first available offer from a party whom may not be suitable 

To deal with the ongoing management of your property

  1. You will be assigned one point of contact to deal with any ongoing rent/ management issues once we have introduced the tenant(s)
  2. Property management is based locally in our offices and not outsourced, so we can deal with issues swiftly
  3. We only use high quality, reliable tradesmen with a proven track record in their field
  4. We will organise all the relevant safety certificates ahead of the tenancy and keep them updated during the term of the initial and any subsequent tenancies
  5. We will stay in regular contact regardless of whether or not there are maintenance issues to deal with and arrange quarterly inspections, forwarding photographs where appropriate
